Free Ground Shipping on Every Order over $75!

Orders less than $75 will be charged a flat rate of $8.00 per order.

Shipping time depends on your order, time of year and your location. Everything except Caluco and Polywood usually ships in 5-7 business days.

Caluco - Furniture without cushions ships within 1 week. Cushions and pillows are custom made and ship 2-3 weeks after you place your order. If your furniture has cushions, everything will ship together.

Polywood - Standard items ship within 5-7 business days. Custom colors and combinations may take longer.

Quicker shipping may be available for an extra charge. Please call if you need an item by a specific date so that we can check the current lead times at the warehouse.

Smaller items ship via USPS, Fedex or UPS Ground. Larger items and sets ship via truck (LTL). Truck shipments are to your curb and do not include transport to your backyard or patio. The trucking company will contact you directly to set up a delivery appointment. An adult must sign for the delivery. Be sure to inspect truckload shipments and note any damage on the freight bill prior to signing it. We will require photos of any damaged items in order to file a claim with the trucking company and replace the damaged item.

White Glove delivery may be available for an extra charge. White Glove delivery includes movement of your order to its final location on your property (i.e. backyard, poolside, etc.) It may also include set up and removal of all packaging.
